Terms of service
Version 0.1 (draft), 5 October 2026
1. Who we are
Odin Sign is provided by AI 4 WATER LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15070420), registered office 195-197 Wood Street, Suite RA01, London E17 3NU, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
2. What the service does
Odin Sign adds your handwritten signature image and a QR code to documents you choose, applies a digital signature to PDFs, keeps a record of each signature, and publishes a minimal verification page for each record. Records are entered in a hash-chained ledger that is timestamped daily by an independent authority.
3. What a signature here is - and is not
Signatures made with Odin Sign are electronic signatures. On the current plans the signer's identity is verified by e-mail only. They are not qualified electronic signatures under the EU eIDAS Regulation and are not backed by an identity check. Whether an electronic signature is suitable for a particular document or jurisdiction is your responsibility; some documents legally require other forms.
4. Your responsibilities
- Sign only documents you are entitled to sign, and only with your own signature.
- Keep your sign-in links and API keys secret; revoke keys you no longer use. Actions taken with your key are treated as yours.
- If you connect an AI agent, you are responsible for what it signs on your behalf. Only let it sign what you have authorised.
- Do not put personal or confidential data in the public description: it is visible to anyone with the QR code.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to mislead anyone about who signed a document.
5. Trials, plans and payment
Trials last 7 days and are granted at our discretion. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe; usage beyond what a plan includes is billed monthly in arrears. Prices exclude VAT. You can cancel at any time in Manage billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If payment fails, we may suspend signing until it is resolved. Records you created stay verifiable after a plan ends.
6. Revocation
You can revoke a record at any time; its verification page then warns readers not to rely on it. Copies of a document that were already shared cannot be recalled.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the service
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. If we stop offering Odin Sign, we will give at least 60 days' notice and keep verification pages available for existing records for as long as reasonably possible.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
